Useless Sales Manage

So this is my story. I have sent this mail to the Sale Manager 48 hours ago and still nothing.

Im really disappointed with holiday club. Yesterday I phone in to book a holiday for Jan 2015 in Mozambique. I understand that I phoned to early to book and I should phone in March/April to confirm space in Mozambique for 2015. But what has really disappointed me is that, the call agent said I cannot use my points to book in Mozambique I will have to pay cash price which was R11 367 for next month as they don't know what the price will be for 2015 but on your website you have points allocation for Mozambique. Now this is really unacceptable, as the last time we meet in December last year you assured me that if I moved over to the Gold Membership that I can book beyond South African borders. The point of having a holiday club is not to spend on accommodation. I spent over R40 000 on this membership and I can't go beyond South African borders, this really unacceptable and disappointing.

I have been with the holiday club for over 5 years now and if this issues can't be rectified I would like sell my membership back to holiday club. I rather go to Quality Vacation Club. My parent have bee
