After making numerous arrangements at Edgars to pay off my account, they have handed me over to a collections agency. I go into the store to ask why and they tell me that there is no arrangement made on their system. I even give them the ladies name that made the arrangement with me, yet no help. They refer me to another lady who "apparently" now makes the necessary arrangements on the system. They still insist that they have not handed me over, even though I show them the sms's from the collections agency. I now keep getting snotty sms' and phone calls from the collections agency saying that I am definately handed over and that I "have" to pay this amount every month otherwise they will blacklist me. I told them I cannot pay the amount that they are requesting and that there are arrangements made between me and Edgars! Edgars is the worst - how many people do I need to speak to before my arrangements are on the system and I stop getting phone calls everyday - sometimes as late as 10pm!
