And you thought SANRAL was bad???

I paid my 2014 levies by the end of November. On 7/1 I received an email from Orion Collections that I am in arrears and that I have been handed over. It seems QVC raised an additional invoice on 19 November but never sent it to me. They never sent me statements in November or December.

On 8Jan I was on the phone to QVC for over an hour. I asked Chanel to send me the additional invoice dated 19 November and to explain why I was handed over without any effort being made to contact me. She said she would email me the invoice and call me back before close of biz on 9 January. She did neither. Instead she sent me another copy collection agency's statement. I emailed her repeating my request and restating my questions. She has not replied. I have been on the phone this morning for over an hour trying to contact her. I have been cut of by the QVC switchboard 3 times after holding on for periods of between 11 and 20 minutes. According to the s/b operator (Marilize) Chanel does not report to anybody and there is no member of "Management" able or prepared to talk to a customer.

Why do I get the feeling that QVC/VRS/DAE/Orion/etc are just one big designed to milk money???
