Your automated email response says "We aim to answer all *valid* Tourist Class enquiries within the hour (during office hours), sometimes in minutes, but definitely always on the same day, subject to valid information and Email address provided on the booking form". When are your offices actually open? I have sent more than one query and have left phone messages. The reply on the Facebook page is "go to a station". Not possible and this is possibly the worst online booking company in existence!
