I sent an email with a picture to Greyhound to report an unsafe driver. I still have not seen any feedback after a month and therefore do not know if any action was taken. Below is the email minus the registration which is in the Account field:
On Saturday afternoon (7 December 2013) at about 14:30 one of your buses was driving on the N1 coming just under the M5 bridge towards the City of Cape Town (Google co-ordinates: -33.917972, 18.477649)
It is an 80KM/hour zone. The driver of the bus came speeding around the bend just after the bridge and seemed to lose a bit of control then corrected. The driver then proceeded to travel at a speed between 110KM/hour and 120KM/hour for the rest of the stretch of the highway which is clearly signed at 80KM/hour. The bus also clearly indicated it is only allowed to travel at a maximum of speed of 100KM/hour.
It is highly dangerous to speed with a vehicle that size and with passengers it is also highly irresponsible.
I hope the relevant action will be taken and can you please provide feedback.
