I would like to get my money refunded as up to this date, I still haven't received any confirmation for a booking done on the 04th June 2013.My booking was made on the 4th June at 12H00 and payment was made on the same day 12 minutes later. At 12H49 I sent an email to enquiries requesting a confirmation for my flights. I did not get a response but got an email from Nolizwi on the 7th June advising me that my booking has been cancelled due to non-payment. I responded to her email on the same day with a proof of payment attached.
I still have not received any response and so today I called to cancel my booking and get a refund and was told by Chantal at refunds that the matter will be investigated, and if they think it merits a refund it will take 7 - 14 days otherwise if it does not merit there will be no refund. I then called your head office to complain and an investigation was made in less than 30 minutes and I received a call from them to say that the booking has been re-instated. I have also now received a booking confirmation but I feel that I do not want to travel as I am disappointed with Mango Airlines service. I have used so much of my energy, making phone calls.
