On 20 may 2013 I made a booking at proceeded to pay via the SSID option. However, the SSID application returned an error and the payment could not be effected. I called Kulula and stated my case, at which point Caryn advised that I could only do the payment via SSID, she confirmed that the booking was valid and she was able to pick it up on her side. I protested that irrespective of how I pay, the point of the matter is that Kulula gets paid against a valid ticket that they were holding. I advised her that I will do an internet transfer which I did whilst she was holding on, after which I was advised that I should check within a few hours to see if they received the payment. i checked on 21 May 2013, and found out that the booking was cancelled and was offered the same ticket for cR1300.00 which I felt was a rip off! Kulula had confirmed via email that the booking was valid and needed payment within 24 hours (which I complied with). YET THEY STILLED CANCELLED THE BOOKING! Kulula has failed its brand promise, acted disingenuously and provided shocking customer service, they were motivated ONLY BY THE INFLATED TICKET PRICE. NEVER FLY KULULA
