CANCELLATION OF TICKETS - REFUND

Tourist Class Invoice / Klopper / Sun, 24 Mar & Return Fri, 12 Apr 2013 / JNB-PE-JNB.
I cancel the return leg of the booking on the Shosholoza mail fro PE to JHB..I contacted African Sun travel. Tthey advised me to give them the the detail of the booking, which I did on the 3/4/13. On the 4/4/13 they replied with " We are in the process of your cancellation request. Kindly be advised that there is a 20% cancellation fee that applies and the refund process takes approximately 3 weeks. Kindly advise your banking details in the meantime. '.
On 16/5/13 I still have not heard anything from them. I e-mailed them to be informed for the 1st time that I had to give them the original tickets before they woukd do a refund. This was the 1st time I heard anything of the sort. I send them a copy of the tickets on 22/05/13 as I did't want to post it as I was scared the tickets will get lost in the post. If I had this info when I cancelled I could of taken it to the station when I was in PE. No one mentioned this when I cancelled and said that I needed to give it back. I stay in JHB. I send an email asking them to reply back. on 24/6 I had to email them for reply. I have copies of all the email.
