Promise to respond within a day - NOT REALLY!

I have been trying to make a booking since Tuesday. Have completed the booking form twice and have left messages on the African Sun message system. i even posted on Facebook and it was suggested that "I go to the nearest station"! Seriously? The latest message at 3pm was that the call centre is closed. No numbers are are answered. This is extremely bad service!
