I have a query about a booking I did online, but all e-mails with regards to this query are ignored. When I phone the SANParks head office in Pretoria, calls are bluntly disconnected the moment the automated greeting finishes.
I find it immensely frustrating - it seems to be impossible to get any sort of response from them.
With a previous booking I submitted an e-mail query and waited weeks for a reply (but which times I gave up and booked elsewhere)
