No refund since February 2013

A voucher was purchased in Dec2012 but when contacting the service provider to make a booking, they could not accommodate me and told me to request a refund from Cityslickers which I did. After sending the 1st email and them responding to say that the funds will be credited to my account, I have received no refund to date even though several emails have been sent since the 16/02/2013. After sending each email, an automated response is received with a link and a tracking number but when trying to track your query, your email address is then kicked out as invalid which means you can't track the query. I tried calling the number provided on the home page of this specific site and you're left with a voice message which states that the number is currently out of service but they provide an email address which is the exact same one to which the query was sent to. In essence, you're in a vicious circle because there is nobody to deal with physically. I am disgusted with their service. They are quick to grant you access to their site to purchase products but when you have a complaint, they purposely block your email so they never have to resolve the issue. What -artists you are!!!
