I was traveeling with Kulula, my luggage was locked and wrapped. upon arrival in Caoe Town someone at Kulula baggage had broken into my suitcase, they broke the lock and the broke the zip and wrapp just to my shoes, hair and a watch. I reported the incidence and filed a claim, the claim department agreed to pay a ridiculous less than R500 for goods that cost more than R13, 000 . The worst is the claim's department refuses to pay this small amount into another account that i gave them as i told them hey can't pay such a small amount into my joint business account. I have been going back and forth with the claims department explaining to her that i need to change the bank details and she refuses. In the Kulula document it states that you have 2 payment option EFT or Cheque but the lady refuses to do the cheque option. This is ridiculous
