Kulula Credit Card - Where is my money???

I have a kulula credit card which is administrated by FNB and am using it for my small business for transactions. on Monday 20 May 2013, two clients transferred money into my kulula card account. They also sent me proof of payment, the account details were correct. I phoned kulula 2 days later to find out where the money was and they said it didn't appear on their system. I phoned the next day and was told the same thing. to which I responded that this is unacceptable as FNB eft's to Kulula credit cards are supposed to be immediate. I then got told on Friday 24th to send proof of payment through to admin department which I did and then was phoned by a manager and told I need to resend proofs to him AGAIN. Now it is 9 days later and my money is not in my account and I am being told to wait and wait while they investigate, this money is my bread and butter and as a mother of two need the money and am too scared to do more transaction with clients on this account. I cant believe the bank has lost my money somewhere TWO transactions this is unacceptable and I am disappointed and disgusted that you just have to sit back and wait for Kulula or FNB to actually do anything about i
