I flew down from Johannesburg to Cape Town on a golf tour on the 14th of March. Unfortunately my golf bag and other luggage did not arrive and I was informed by the Kulula baggage office that it was still in Johannesburg. They agreed to deliver my bag when it arrived that afternoon which they duly did. However, I incurred necessary expenses so that I could tee off with my group in the morning. I submitted my claim of R1000 with supporting invoices at the Kulula baggage office when I flew back on Sunday afternoon, and they promised to re-imburse me via EFT the next day. Later in the week, I received a call from Kulula saying that they were only prepared to pay half of my claim, being R500. I accepted this, and was told payment would be made in the next few days. More than a month later, I still haven't received any payment from Kulula or communication from them.
