I am a frequent flyer using Kulula, SAA etc. I have noticed that Kulula flights are always overloaded with hand luggage, why are passengers allowed to bring so much luggage into the aircraft seating area and then try and stuff all the bags everywhere in the aircraft. This should not be allowed, passengers should be allowed to carry a small bag/packet and the big bags must go into cargo storage, you get people seated from other side of the plane coming to stuff their extra baggage on your compartment, please charge those passengers extra for all those excess baggage.
