I was booked to fly from JHB to CT on 31 Jan @ 12:50pm. I chose this particular time as I had a business meeting in CT at 4pm.
The flight was delayed by 2 hours and the BA team managed expectations very poorly as they kept changing expected time of departure.
In addition to this, they started checking us in and only for us to wait for 30min in a crowded and heated bus! People were furious and arguing with the ground staff which was an unpleasant experience.
I am a silver club member (25683613) and fly BA frequently and can say that this is not the first time I have been delayed by them.
Thinking of switching my airline provider as BA really let me down and not for the first time.
