Generally I fly with kulula or mango when flying locally but this time I chose to book 4 business class tickets with BA to Cape Town. It started off with the plane being delayed by hours as we were about to board! We then managed to get on another flight just over an hour later and was guaranteed that our luggage would be moved to the correct flight. This however never happened so now we sit without luggage and get responses such as "it will get there when it gets there"! I'm not sure why I actually paid double the price for these tickets when I could have rather flown with mango or kulula and arrived with my baggage and on time! All I can say is I look forward to seeing what stuff ups we are going to have on the flight back!
