No response to correspondence

I wrote to BA Exec club on 18 September, telephonicaslly followed up and sent copies of documentation requested on 4 November. I called again (14 November) to be told that memebership with free flight due to me had been cancelled and that the onus was on me as the customer to call them back for follow up information!!
