Two weeks ago, I travelled on Airlink to Joburg from Maritzburg. On arrival at my office, I realised one of my suitcases was not in the shuttle. I returned to the airport and it was nowhere to be found., I phoned information, lost property for 4 days to no avail. I had recalled taking the luggage at the baggage conveyor belt, and accepted that it had been outside Domestic Arrivals while waiting for the shuttle. After opening a case and making an arrangement to view CCTV footage, I received a call from Airlink. They had my bag, hadn't noticed any luggage tag so had put it to one side. After two weeks, decided to look again and a young proactive staff member located my luggage tag with my cellphone number! Even if it started off badly. this was fantastic news. Congratulations on following through and persisting..excellent customer service
