I was notified on 1 October 2013 that my airport lounge access card "would be posted to you shortly". It has still not arrived.

On 28 November I telephoned British Airways Executive Club in Johannesburg. I was on the telephone for 18 minutes and kept being passed from one incompetent person to the next. Nobody had a clue what was going on.

On 6 December I sent an email to the BA Exec Club South Africa (bounced back) and I followed it up with a fax (which was successfully sent). There has been no response to the fax.

In desperation I contacted the British Airways Executive Club in the UK by email. they confirmed receipt, but still no action.

Until now I have had good service from BA, both for domestic and local travel. Sadly it seems that they are another SAA in the making in terms of bad attitude.
