Where Do We Stand on this Thievery??

I am outraged at the arrogance of this Company.
I bought a return Ticket online at 18:30 on the 30th Oct to fly to OR Tambo From Cape Town for R 2 251.00. Right after I bought the Ticket, my Trip was cancelled. so I waited for the Morning to call the refunds line to see what we could do to resolve this matter. (Aware that I would need to pay a penalty for it).

I was told that the company has a NO REFUND POLICY & I would need to change the date to a later date or seed it to another & make the necessary changes but there is NO WAY that I would be getting my Money back. Fine... My Bad. So I Find someone who is flying to JHB in this Month of Nov & I make the necessary changes & the Total fee for the Changes is R640.00 (Almost a third of the Ticket Price) So I'm Bruised but I figure it's school fees, right.

NOW Where the Real Company Ethic came through is when I got home & went online again to see what the price of this ticket would be according to the new changes & I find it works out to R1938.00
SO paid R2 251.00 still owe R 639.00 = R 2890.00
I calculate R 1938.00 R640 = R 2578.00 - R 2251.00 = 327
Diff of R 312 which is WHERE??
