Roughly one month ago i booked a ticket from Mango Airlines via their online service, a few days later the charge went off on my credit card, but then 2 days later it went off again. Been charged twice for the same ticket, i went to my bank who then called the Mango refunds department and and, after sending through necessary documentation, was told that the money would be refunded in 7 days. It has now been 13 days and i have not heard anything or received any refund from Mango, i am extremely disappointed in the poor customer support that I've experienced
