I booked a R850 flight from JHB to CPT on the 25th of January 2014 and my (Non tech savy) cousin decided to surprise me and extend the my stay until the 4th of February but as stated above they are not tech savy at all and couldn't successfully complete the payment. They told me that they tried but couldnt complete the payment process and asked for my help in doing it. I phoned Mango and they stated that I had to pay R2200 extra (for a return trip but im flying back to Cape town, why would i need a return trip?) and that my original R850 ticket was invalid which basically means they want more money from me or I must forfeit my R850 ticket and get lost. This is TERRIBLE service they basically my money and me over. I hope we can rectify the situation ASAP as such I had to book another ticket (obviously from another airline) and pay for that as well.
