I recently booked a ticket from jhb to cape town, Have to cancel my booking which is for tomorrow 11/11and change ticket to a later date, ticket is non refundable! Little did i know that i have to pay R700 extra to make changes on ticket...
The ticket is less than the initial one i paid for
I understand its none refundable but do i have to pop up more cash even if ticket is much less than what i paid for??
This is just not exceptable!! now im gonna forfiet my cash, ticket...!
im am never booking with [URL Removed] EVA!!!
I feel robbed and i am deeply saddened by this!
