Unprofessional and extremely unacceptable service

After booking an 11AM ticket, we are told upon arrival that the bus has been cancelled without any sort of notification, there after we are moved to a 2PM bus that is "not 100% guaranteed" due to numbers. Finally we are moved to an 8:30PM bus and asked to arrive by 8PM. Upon arrival once again at 7:50PM there is no bus, the bus arrives at 8.20PM for 20minutes the staff of 3 walk around in confusion without notifying passengers as to why the bags aren't being loaded. The bus leaves empty, only to be told by staff that the driver is gone to pick up another bus as that bus is not a long distance bus. We are assured that the bus will return at 8:45PM. At 8:45 the 2 staff on site show no remorse, concern or interest. playing music on his phone and pretending to call the driver when asked about the bus ETA. eventually the bus leaves at around 9.40PM only to breakdown 100kms away as it is still the same "coastal bus" being used. For 3.5 hours the bus was stationary with no roadside assistance provided, only to breakdown again down the road for another 4hours. My 63 year old mother spent a total of 13hours in the bus. The coach mission statement is "we will get you there"!
