I booked a ticket for my daughter to come home and after receiving the confirmation, I realized that I had the month wrong and immediately phoned them to try and correct the ticket, there was a charge of R780, 00 after only about 20 minutes has passed, the same ticket was almost half price the previous day, so not only paying the penalty I had to pay almost double for the ticket, common Mango, surely mistakes can be corrected within a certain time before charges apply, maybe onetime is a better choice!!
