Bad service - no refund from Kulula

I was booked on flight MN 925 from OR Thambo to George on 16 October 2013. My Kulula booking code was APDIIF and electronic ticket number 1612101918428. Upon check in I was required to pay an additional R 700 for excess baggage. The official at ticket sales made the transaction and the amount of R 700 was deducted immediately from my bank account. The official could not supply me with a receipt since he said the system went down. He restarted his system and again requested my debit card - I protested and said to him that the transaction went through already. He then informed me that it will not go through again, but he needed the card to verify the numbers. He then duplicated the transaction and another amount of R 700 was deducted immediately from my bank account. I showed him the sms notification I received. His supervisor was called, she phoned their client centre and left me waiting for an hour only to hand me note with their e-mail address and said i must contact them. I contacted them, upon which they informed me they require my bank statements etc. as they need to investigate the matter. Burdon of proof does not with me, they need to refund me.
