BEWARE: Kulula's additional charges!

I booked a ticket for myself and my infant via [URL Removed] return to JHB from CPT to attend my grandmothers' funeral. At check-in for the return flight the desk could not locate my infants' part of the ticket. According to them he was not booked and did not fly to JHB from CPT. I still had the Check-In slips and could prove he did in fact fly with me, I also showed them the itinery with his details listed. After a big fuss (and being late for the flight) we were checked-in. On arrival in CPT, I was collected at arrival by ground staff and escorted to the ticket office. The manager on duty informed me that I had never paid the infants' flight and now needed to pay for this. An additional R320.00.
Apparently this problem occured because the online booking system did not communicate the infants' booking to another system etc, etc. Hence I was undercharged. I was told the website works like this and one needs to pay for an infant at check-in. I have flown other airlines and NEVER had to pay seperately for my infant at check-in.
If Kulula makes a mistake on THEIR online quote why am I being made to pay? Kulula doesn't state ANYWHERE infants fare is not included
I will NEVER fly Kulula again!
