I see I am not the only one repeat complaining on Hellopeter about British Airways responses and feedback...
I complained about British Airways C O N of a Price Promise and the following was the reply:
"Hello gavinb,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We are currently looking into your complaint and as soon as we have a resolution, we will revert to you in this regard.

Fazila Khan
Customer Relations"
To date I have heard nothing and had no further feedback.
This is shocking British Airways...
