I booked and paid a flight on 22nd Nov via the Kulula website, upon arrival at the airport, I was told I did not pay my ticket and had to buy a new ticket. Showing proof of payment did not help. I sent Kulula all proof that I paid and they admitted that it was their mistake. I am still waiting for the refund. The second ticket i had to buy was more expensive than the original, but the refund will probably only be for the oroginal ticket. I was told it will take 4 to 6 weeks. This is unacceptable and very inconvenient. Why do I have to pay for Kulula's system faults?
