On Sunday the 12.05.2013 at approx. 21h08 in the evening, I approached the [URL Removed] stand at the King Shaka International Airport in Durban to purchase a flight ticket for my next arrival to Durban. I had paid using my debit card and according to by bank the funds were off my account, however the funds did not reflect on the Kulula account. I was very rudely spoken to by the attendant and supervisor at Kulula, I was told that the funds will be refunded within 24hours, its has now been 5 days since the transaction and nothing has happened. I have made numerous telephone calls to Kulula and their customer service is really appalling.
