Incompetence!

I booked a flight for the 19th July. Subsequently I found that I will need to be in Durban earlier and called the Kulula call centre to change my flight as I was having difficulty with doing it online. I spoke to Victor and he took my changes and repeated them back to me. He then took my credit card details and an amount of R342 was taken from my credit card. He then realised that he had only changed the flight time and not the date. He couldn't reverse the transaction immediately and I didn't have enough money for him to put through another transaction. I spoke to his supervisor Zanela Ngcelwana who said they will hold it till Monday (Today).

Victor called me this morning and asked if we could proceed with the changes. I said o.k and he confirmed the price of R342 once again. I have just received notice from my bank that R501 was deducted.

I am furious to say the least. The level of incompetence displayed by Victor is astounding. I think I will no longer make use of Kulula anymore. I am not a rich guy and I can't afford to pay for Kulula's mistakes.
