Failure to Refund unprocessed booking

I tried to make an online booking on 14 Oct for Kulula fligt to Cape Town. A message was received that my credit card transaction could not be processed.
However, the money left my account for Comair but no ticket was issued.. I phoned customer care and was advised to sort it out with my bank. My bank confirmed that the money was transferred to Comair and that Comair must refund me; bank gave me a confirmation document.
I phoned customer care at 12:30; spoke to Thula who promised to phone me back. She never did.
I phoned again later; spoke to Chantelle who said Thula was on lunch but she'll ask her to phone me back. Thula never phoned. I phoned again - Thula said the transaction will be rectified tomorrow (19th October), that I could phone her supervisor, Lucas to follow up. I phoned on Saturday (since the transaction was not rectified), call centre volumes were very high and I gave up.
Phone again on Monday, 21st Oct - Thula was now on sick leave...
I send a fax with all the above information, my name, tel number, e-mail address to Comair/Kulula on the 22nd October and asked for my refund. Transaction still outstanding and I have not have any feedback/contact from Kulula!
