I booked a flight from ORT to George for the 27th September. A card processing error popped up so I tried again and again with no joy. I then noticed that my bank had been debited but I had no ticket.
I phoned the call center to request my ticket but they did not acknowledge my transaction. They said it was a handling error on the bank side and they do not have my money. I explained that I certainly don't have the money and the transaction clearly shows it was Comair (Kulula). They blamed the processing error on me not putting in the correct address in. I have since confirmed that my bank does have my current address so their was no error from my side. A little while later I see they helped themselves to another debit again so now I have paid for two tickets with nothing received. In a desperate hurry to book the ticket I insisted that we can sort out the debit saga later they must just book me the ticket even if I need to pay again.
They proceeded to tell me the same ticket within 20mins has gone up by over a R1000 and I have no other option. No assistance, no compensation, just a bad attitude from agent and supervisor. I am disgusted with Kulula "service"
