I book regular return flights on Kukula from Lanseria to Cape Town - I commute virtually weekly between Johannesburg and my place of residence in the Western Cape. This morning I booked a return flight for the end of August 2013, after payment and on printing I realised that I booked the incorrect down flight - correct date but incorrect time. Approximately 5 minutes after my booking I phoned the Kulula helpdesk to change to the correct flight time. For this unfortunate mistake I was charged R388, which I find outrageous and a total rip-off. I understand there are costs involved in booking changes, but they purely ignored/disregarded my explanation that it was an honest error and that I am a regular customer.
