I booked a flight through them for 4april from OR Tambo to CT for myself and my 10 year old son and due to unforeseen circumstances my son can not make it. I then tried to cancel for him and they said its non-refundable. To recover the cost i wanted to travel with a friend at least and i was told they do not change names. I asked if my son could travel at a later stage and they said its not possible as he is a minor and needs to be accompanied by a parent. Finally i phoned in to change the dates to DEC and i was told the booking has to be within 6 months. I am so ANNOYED . Unfortunately i have already made this booking, and will not forfeit my money so i will pay the extra cost to change the booking. THIS IS THE LAST TIME EVER USING THIS AIRLINE. KULULA IS THE WORST AND I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM, EVER.
