We booked return flight from Jhb to Durban. Once we received the e-ticket we realised that we mistakenly booked it for a return flight back the same day 30 min after we landed we immediately contacted them to change the date also about 30 minutes after we made the booking, for which they insisted we need to pay R300 change of ticket fee. I realise that it states that on the ticket but I would presume that they use thier common sense and ethics and realise that it was made in error and reported immediately, its hardly like the ticket would had been sold in the meantime. I would expect them to be able to change the ticket without any further cost considering the circumstances and the time frame i.e. immediately after purchase and over six weeks proir to departure on a local flight.
Ridiculous, ticket terms or not. I just would like Kulula to use thier common sense and ethics in circumstances like this and not just charge additional fees simply for the reason they can!
