Almost every resort that has been booked we have been unhappy with, from a leaking toilets (water into living area) to previous tenants food in microwave and dirty sheets, to chemical burns at swimming pools. I have been so disappointed in all the housekeeping and resort upkeep. I have also experienced huge problems with booking a resort over weekends or close to JHB (don't mind the 2-3 hrs drive away) Holiday club member services has made 2 appointments to see me over past year and half, but just didn't pitch. I have had enough of your poor service and don't give a attitude, please tell me how to discard of my points I do not want it any longer, been more drama than enjoyment.
