No regard for infants and their mothers

SAA baggage dept wait untill ALL the luggage have been loaded off and the carousel comes to a halt before they bring your pram. I had to wait for almost an hour with (10kg) crying baby in my arms while struggling to offload luggage from carousel. The prams should be brought FIRST.
Will you bring a paralyzed person's wheelchair last?? Well a baby can not walk either.
