I would like to know my rights as the consumer. In the beginning of the year my parents purchased a pram for me from Baby Boom. Found faults, returned it for repairs. Pram was never repaired so I paid in extra for a new one which is also starting to pull loose. Prams don't come cheap. I have e-mailed Chelino, no response, I sent them a FB message they responded and told me to e-mail them (duh which I originally did). I don't want this pram. It's pulling loose, the piping is cracking and the pieces where the snug and safe fit in are so sharp that my little one has hurt he's head on more than one occassion. The pram is not even 9 months old. As for the service from Baby Boom - that is also much to be desired.
