Due to airhostess inexperience

On the 31/12/12 i boarded a Kulula flight from King Shaka International to OR Thambo. On departure i checked in one of my bags and carried one bag as hand luggage onto the flight. Once i got into the plane i noticed that there was no storage space in the cabin, and the airhostess mentioned to me that i can give her my hand luggage for safe keeping. She also confirmed that my hand luggage will be kept separate (together with the "baby prams") on the aircraft. Once i arrived at OR Thambo i then asked the air hostess for my hand luggage and she mentioned to me that it will be outside the aircraft door. Once the doors opened for passengers to disembark, i noticed outside the aircraft door that there was a host of baby prams but my hand luggage was not there but in the airport with the other passengers normal luggage revolving around at the converyor belt. To cut a long story short - to date, i've opened a case via SAP and raised my concerns to Kulula that my camera is missing due to the air hostesses inexperince and Kulula is not taking ownership of this matter. PLEASE BE WEARY ABOUT kULULAS POLICY AS THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT.
