When checking in at Dubai for flight EK765, we were, 08grams overweight. We were forced to remove some luggage and carry it as hand luggage which meant I had an additional bag to carry while travelling alone with my 20 month old little boy. A little extreme!! Upon arriving in Johannesburg our pram which we had put in as LOFO was not outside the aircraft as promised. When I asked one of the ground staff they said it would be at the fragile section at the luggage collection. No one helped me and my son. He had to walk the whole way on his own. I could not pick him up as I had hand luggage and I am 5 months pregnant. When we eventually arrived at the luggage carousel there was no emirates representative to show you where to pick up your pram. It took me over 30 min to locate it. If you are not a first, business or gold member you mean nothing to them. So much for emirates being a world class airlines boasting about their service. Shame on you emirates!
