IT IS THE MOST REDICULOUS SAA AIRLINE TO BOOK WITH, NO SERVICE. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE ON THE NAME, SURNAME OR ONLY PUT THE INITIALS, OR EVEN THE DATES AND TIME CHANGES, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND AND BEFORE THAT, YOU HAVE TO REBOOK BEFORE THEY GIVE THE REFUND AND THEN ALSO WAITING PERIOD FOR 21DAYS.IF YOU DON'T BOOK NO REFUND. LOOSING THE MONEY, MONEY MARKET AND DAYLIGHT . PLEASE ALSO BRING TO THE HEADS OF SAA ATTENTION OF THIS POOR SERVICES.AT KULULA NOJPROBLEM LIKE THIS, THEY CHANGE AND YOU PAY ABOUT R240 WITH ALL CHANGES EXSTRA.MUCH BETTER THAN THE WHOLE TICKET AND THEN ALSO HIGHER PRICES, ANDNO REFUND IF NOT BOOKED AGAIN WITH SAA FLIGHTS.
