I called in BA yesturday before or after 4pm. i was trying to change a flight for my boss to another date and online it allowed me to go through up until i had to put in the OTP from the sms. when i did so it kept saying system error which is when i called BA to help me. this happened before and another lady helped me because it was their system error and not my pc so i though they will help me again. i spoke to makonene and she was very rude, you should go listen to the recorder call. i asked her a simple question and she answered rudely followed by dropping the call in my ear. this is terrible service and i delt with her before but yesturday she had a read bad attitude. and i still need help with changing the ticket. please deal with your staff correctly because you will loose customers with people like that.
