I booked a flight using my hard earned air miles and R850 cash. Circumstances dictated I couldn't take the flight and I phoned to hold the ticket until I was ready to fly. The answer was we have stopped open tickets so you loose your air miles and we will refund 50% of the ticket. So, a ticket they will sell resell for r2000 they trade for r425. On the other hand, the other flight I booked with SAA I can keep open for 6months and change at no cost once I know when I want to fly. BAA you are from the customer! Shame on you!!
