Contracting Cancellation Policy

On the 25th June 2013, I made a booking with Sashni on 0313374222 and promise to send me a confirmation for the booking before the end of business day. Nothing was sent, I then did my booking on line, upon receiving the confirmation I saw that the booking was for single occupant instead of two adults plus two kids. On the 26th June I called again the 0313374222 number and I spoke to Phumzile who assisted me effectively and the proforma invoice was sent to me. I told her that i already made a booking online how do i cancel, she said i need to go online and cancel the booking. I went online yesterday the 9th July 2013, to my dismay, there was a cancellation charge, contrary to the cancellation policy below:
Cancellation policy:
o If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, no fee will be charged.
Spoke to online said the hotel can cancel without a change.
