I chose Intercape to experience travelling from Mthatha to Johannesburg the fearing way. I have been greatly disappointed. The bus has cockroaches coming out of the tv screen, your staff-Precious and crew are rude and locked themselves up in the drivers compartment warm and listening to music while the rest of the bus was cold due to fans and AC-when informed, the staff ignored us and took our pleas lightly. At the Kokstad refreshment stop Precious informed us, "You have 10 minutes and I am not going to look for anyone! " I understand that the company has a praying policy, but I think the staff who have contact with customers should be friendly with people-skills and compassion. Regards Dr. S. Mkwananzi.
