TRYING TO CANCELL SINCE 2011

BOUGHT MY HOLIDAY CLUB POINTS IN 2002 USED IT A TOTAL OF 5 TIMES SINCE (LAST TIME BEING SEPTEMBER 2008). DESIDED TO CANCEL IT IN 2010 DID NOT GET A REPLY TRYED AGAIN IN 2011 WITHOUT REPLY (THE WHOLE TIME I KEPT PAYING MY YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE).
16 NOVEMBER 2012 MY SON CALLED THEM TO CANCEL IT AND WAS TOLD WE NEEDED TO MAIL THEM A WRITTEN STATEMENT SAYING THAT WE WANT TO CANCEL IT AND THAT WE ARE AWARE THAT WE WILL LOSE THE ORIGANEL MONEY FOR THE POINTS. WE SEND THE MAIL BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE ON THE MAIL. ON 18 JANUARY 2013 WE SEND A MAIL AGAIN SAYING THAT WE WANT A RESPONSE ON THE PREVOUISE MAIL.
ON 21 JANUARY 2013 WE GOT A RESPONSE FROM THERE LAYERS SAYING THAT THEY WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF WE DON'T PAY THEM IN 14 DAYS AND WE SHOUED CONSIDER THAT OUR ONLY NOTICE.
NOW I AM WILLING TO PAY THEM EVEN IF IT IS A PAYMENT FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT IT WOULD BE THE LAST PAYMENT I MAKE TO THESE PEOPLE.
