ABSA AGAIN!!!

I am so sick and tired of ABSA. I ALWAYS have some or other problem with them. I have been sending them e-mail in December 2012 to cancel policies I have with them, but did not get a reply. I never do. So why do they call it the action line if no action is ever taken??? So then I resend the mail and finally got an electronic reply to say they received the mail. Then I got another mail, stating that the mail was forwarded to the POLICY DEPARTMENT. So I replied and said I want the policies cancelled by no later than end of January. Well well well, I could have guest. No reply, no cancellation, no NOTHING. Except for deductions again at the end of January 2013. When will ABSA starting to give some customer service??? Why is it always so difficult to try and do business with them?
