Purchase of Holiday Points-No transfer-3 years

45 Holiday points were purchased from Leisure Cor (division of Coporate Solutions Trust It 519/2002). R29000.00. deposited in Leisure Cor's acc. on 08.02.2010.Transfer docs were e-mailed to me to be completed and signed off. These - duly completed & forwarded via fax & e-mail to Brigatta Swart. I was informed transfer would be effected in 120 days. After lapse of this time I began my inquiry as to the status of the transfer only to be given the run around. Frustrated I took my case to Holiday Club only to be informed that the transfer docs did not reach them. My option was to take my case to VOASA (vacation ownership association Southern Africa) at end June2010. 30.11.2010 VOASA informed me that Holiday Club no longer accepted transfers from Leisure Cor & another company would handle the transfer. 28.02.2011 Allison Fredericks-Time Share Transfer Services informed me via e-mail they were instructed to administer the transfer. Marlize van Zyl @ Capeescapes informed me that she would handle - transfers. 15.03.2011, receipt of e-mail Brigatta (Leis. Cor rep.)informs me thro' distrbution notice all monies would be refunded.12.08.2011 VOASA informs me no resolve report 2 SAPS
